salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities
Preparing monthly and year-end journal entries and statements
Responsible for all journal entries
Monitoring cash receipts
Manage montlhy budgeting and financial reportingPreparing cost and utilization reports
General AP/AR duties
Job cost accounting and analysis
Daily, weekly, and monthly deposits and reconciliations
Must be able to work independently and in a fast paced environment
This role will not require management of other people
Construction experience is highly preferred
Skills
Job Costing (3 years of experience is required)
Accounts Payable (3 years of experience is required)
Accounts Receivable (3 years of experience is required)
General Ledger (2 years of experience is required)
QuickBooks (3 years of experience is required)
Bank Deposits (3 years of experience is required)
Reconciliation (3 years of experience is required)
