Responsibilities
Develop a training curriculum for new hires
Conduct classroom instruction
Plan, organize and manage orientation classes
Will communicate with departments regarding their specific needs
Experience in transportation industry a plus
Knowledge of OSHA standards and able to communicate those to others
Love of teaching and hand's on instruction
Skills
Instructing (2 years of experience is required)
