Responsibilities
Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler to join our team
in Billierica, MA. As a Medical Device Assembler, you will be responsible for precise assembly
and testing of medical devices. Your tasks include microscopic work, soldering, and following
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a cleanroom environment.
Responsibilities:
● Perform precise assembly tasks using microscopes and soldering techniques.
● Adhere to SOPs to ensure compliant and quality-driven assembly processes.
● Work in a cleanroom environment, following strict cleanliness and contamination control
protocols.
● Conduct visual inspections and resolve any defects or abnormalities in the assembled
devices.
● Collaborate with the team, report issues, and ensure efficient production.
Qualifications:
● Previous experience in medical device assembly or a similar manufacturing environment
● Proficiency in microscopic work, soddering, and adherence to SOPs.
● Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and maintaining cleanliness standards.
● Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to interpret technical instructions.
● strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
The essential functions of this role include:
