We are committed to maintaining excellence in our production facilities. We are seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our machinery.

As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various types of machinery used in our production processes. You will play a crucial role in minimizing downtime and ensuring that our operations run smoothly. If this is you today!!

salary: $87,800 - $130,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates various engineering functions and operations including PFMEA, quality

assurance, testing, production, and research and development of new and existing product lines.

• Serves as project manager for multiple projects, creating timelines and cost projections, organizing

collaborative meetings, and ensuring projects comply with specifications, timelines, and budgets.

• Implement new launch projects and facilitate regular meetings related to launch.

• Reviews work and projects for technical accuracy.

• Establishes, implements, and maintains administrative policies, procedures, and standards.

• Facilitates process and procedure development with manufacturing department for new product

development.

• Prepares and executes departmental budget.

• Facilitates communication among clients/customers and engineers, ensuring specifications,

budgets, and deadlines are clearly communicated and understood.

• Maintains knowledge of new trends, developments, technologies, materials, and best practices;

applies this knowledge to continually improve product lines and production efficiency.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 4 hours at one time

• working weekends
