We are seeking candidates who are passionate about helping our business and enjoy working in a fast paced environment that ranks among some of the top scores in engagement in the industry. As a Customer Service Agent, you may support our trade partners, consumers, and/or internal process partners via phone, chat, email or other technology for our Whirlpool Consumer Services organization. These interactions range from scheduling service appointments to placing orders and scheduling deliveries. Whirlpool Consumer Services supports our customers from 7:55am-6:15pm EST Monday through Friday (8 hours shift / 40 hours per week). This is a hybrid position. You have the option to work from home on Friday's after the completion of your training. All applicants must be able to report to the facitity in Benton Harbor, MI.

Responsibilities
Scheduling service calls, researching service history, and resolving service scheduling issues
Maintaining rapport with dealers/distributors/service companies and field representatives to enhance Brand Loyalty
Processing part order requests
Authorizing product/service refunds and reimbursements
Managing written documentation of complaints
