Client in Oakwood Village is looking for two (2) Material Handlers (Day shift) to join their team. Warehouse Associates are responsible for selecting, and locating the merchandise in the warehouse, warehouse cleanliness, loading and unloading, inbound/outbound, and performing other duties as assigned. This position handles equipment including, cherry picker, forklift, electric pallet jack, RF scanner and reach truck. The candidate must be ok with moving from task/equipment throughout the day. Responsibilities
Pay: $18/hour
Shift: 10 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday, some required OT
Responsibilities
10:00 am- 6:30 pm, with some required overtime.
Position is strictly temporary
This position handles equipment including, cherry picker, forklift, electric pallet jack, RF scanner and reach truck.
Moving from task/equipment throughout the day.
Review incoming material orders/pick tickets
Locate materials on shelves in the warehouse
Place materials on the order picker, pallet jack, or forklift
Deliver items to the loading area to be wrapped and put on a delivery truck.
Unload trucks
Stock Inventory
Additional tasks as assigned by management
1-year minimum of warehouse experience
1-year minimum of electric pallet jack experience
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Ability to solely operate a cherry picker, going up 20+ feet.
The essential functions of this role include:
