Randstad is working with a well-known commercial construction company in Bedford, NH and they are looking to fill an Administrative Support role. This role provides support to Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimating, Marketing, Executives, Accounting and Office Management. If you work well independently, like working in a quiet office and have interest in working within the commercial construction industry, please today! Responsibilities
Support the Operations Admin team with construction admin duties
Handle general administrative tasks related to construction
Filing
Greet visitors
Answer phones and process mail
Process outgoing packages
Update / Distribute PTO calendar & phone lists
Order / Maintain office supplies
Create/distribute labor schedule
Download Approved Submittals/RFI's to Close out File
Complete project closeouts
Process samples, transmittals, etc. as required
Process /track Submittals, CCO's, RFI's, etc.
Project filing and set up new project files
Receive, process, and distribute drawings
Filing Review and track Certificates of Insurance for compliance
Data Entry
Commercial Construction knowledge or experience is a plus but not required.
Looking for someone who is adaptable to changes and someone computer savvy (able to pick up new systems quickly)
