A Systems Administrator in the Beaver, PA area is needed for a multinational power management company. The position involves supporting Quality Management System documentation and record control initiatives, managing the calibration database, and monitoring calibration services purchase orders.

responsibilities:
Support Quality Management System (QMS) documentation control initiatives.
Ensure compliance with prescribed Document Control requirements.
Support Quality Management System (QMS) record control initiatives.
Ensure compliance with prescribed Record Control requirements and update repositories.
Support management of Calibration database.
Query items due for calibration and prepare them accordingly.
Initiate supporting documentation per procedure.
Monitor status of calibration services purchase orders.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint, and Teams.
Technical writing expertise.
Desired Skills: Proficiency in ENOVIA (Drawings), WISPER, Electronic Warranty Claim System (EWCS).
