About the Role
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading and overseeing our production operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our team meets production goals while maintaining the highest quality standards and safety protocols. This role offers the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, build an effective team, and contribute to the company's continued growth.

salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Oversee production process for assigned shift.
Supervise and coordinate daily activities.
Monitor production lines, coordinate with technicians & maintenance as needed.
Organize and schedule resources where needed following a priority list.
Monitor quality and accuracy of products produced.
Ensures compliance with company policies, standards, and safety regulations, both personally
and by overseeing adherence among team members
Provides timely coaching, corrective feedback
Conducts annual performance reviews for team members in a timely manner
Facilitates team development, employee skill enhancement, and problem-solving initiatives
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
