job summary:
Tatum by Randstad is recruiting for an experienced Senior Accountant for a rapidly growing Baltimore-based company. The company is currently growing tremendously by acquisitions, as they are in the process of acquiring several other companies within their industry and looking to add to their team to support their growth!
The compensation range for this role is $40-$55/hr. with flexibility based on previous experience for this onsite position.

responsibilities:
Responsible for generation of journal entries including reclassification and accruals for business area.
Analyze revenues and expenses to ensure they are appropriately recorded on a monthly basis in accordance with GAAP.
Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
Reconcile intercompany transactions.
Document and analyze monthly expense and balance sheet fluctuations at various levels of detail.
Analyze financial statements on a monthly basis, prepare and report variances from budget.
qualifications:
5+ years of accounting experience with multi-entity accounting experience required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup's).
Experience with Oracle or SAP preferred.
