Are you passionate about contributing to a healthier, more sustainable world? Join us as a Budget Specialist and be a part of a team dedicated to advancing healthy, equitable, and sustainable food system solutions. You will be instrumental in managing accounts payable, budgeting, reporting, financial maintenance, business travel, events, and general administration tasks.
Salary: $24 per hour
Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education: High School
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Enter accounts payable transactions in SAP system promptly.
Submit new vendor requests and handle vendor changes.
Review, reconcile, and monitor specified accounts' expenditures/revenues
Reconcile travel expenses in Concur
Attend finance and research training/meetings
Requirements:
Three years of related administrative and/or budget experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
High School Diploma/GED required
