Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for Customer Service Representatives in the Austin, TX area to support a Hybrid Schedule. Candidates that are interested, must be within driving distance of Austin, TX. Please ensure that all resumes are updated with previous employment and contact information.
salary: $18 - $18.5 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 8 PM

Responsibilities
• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner while attempting to assist with a resolution of the caller's tax issue
• Leverage a communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Activity documenting discussions of call and leverage internal tools for next level resolution needs
• Ability to work in a structured, fast paced environment while working with a computer and typing skills (35wpm)
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
