Job Description
Are you good with your hands, detailed and love a challenging and collaborative work environment? If so, we are looking for an Assembler to perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly.
Duties and Requirements
Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies.
Reads and deciphers schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
Positions or aligns components and parts, either manually or with hoists.
Uses hand tools or machines to assemble parts.
Conducts quality control checks.
Meet all safety requirements of the company and industry
Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, or move materials up to 50 lbs.
All other duties as may be assigned at management's discretion.
Background and Drug Test Required
Education Requirement
- High school diploma or GED.
Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge of production processes in a related industry is preferred.
Working knowledge of computers and office software.
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Great communication and collaboration skills.
Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that are often very small.
