responsibilities:
Prepare and record customer billings.
Review and record customer payments accurately and timely.
Review and record all credit card transactions and accrued travel expenses.
Prepare journal entries for intercompany transactions.
Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
Receive, review, and approve vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and documentation.
Coordinate and manage payments to vendors, ensuring adherence to payment terms.
Maintain accurate records of vendor and customer transactions.
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
Analyze prepayment and accruals to ensure accuracy.
Assist with external auditors during annual audit process.
Other tasks as requested.
qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance required and at least 5+ years' Accounting experience required
CPA track preferred
Experience with US-GAAP & IFRS Accounting Standards.
Experience with Netsuite preferred
Strong Microsoft Excel expertise, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills.
Handle confidential information in a sensitive and professional manner, required
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, required
Exceptional organizational, quantitative and problem solving skills, required
Ability to approach problems both logically and creatively
A drive to exceed expectations and be part of a dynamic growing organization, required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and planning skills
