  • 2+ years of experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or a related position.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.

  • Proficiency with standard MS Office applications, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

  • ️ Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • ️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in supplier relationship management.

Physical Demands: This role requires the ability to move about within the facility to facilitate work teams, solve problems, and communicate with employees and management. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may be required to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Responsibilities

  • ️ Maintain MRP planning parameters for all assigned parts/suppliers.

  • Release purchase orders from MRP planned releases for assigned items.

  • Create daily production schedules to maintain established safety stock levels and meet non-stock order requirements.

  • Expedite purchase orders and/or production as needed to meet customer delivery expectations.

  • Maintain a parts shortage list and provide updates to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal customers to resolve non-conforming quality issues.

  • Work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.

  • Independently troubleshoot issues/concerns and determine the course of action.

  • ⚠️ Comply with all safety and department regulations.

  • ➕ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the group lead.
