Randstad Staffing is hiring for a Direct Hire Facility Maintenance Technician in Anoka, MN on 2nd shift. If you have prior Facility Maintenance experience, Trade School or Military training. Responsibilities
Perform a variety of duties including light construction, general carpentry, drywall work, painting and other various facility maintenance tasks. The Facilities Tech will also work directly with Contractors, Inspectors, or other maintenance personnel to complete a variety of projects around the facility.
Some job responsibilities include:
Light Carpentry
Concrete Repair
Painting (interior/exterior)
Supporting remodel projects
Plumbing
Support maintenance team as needed with breakdowns and/or projects
You have:
A High School diploma, Trade School or Military training preferred.
Knowledge and personal or professional experience of the following:
Painting
Carpentry
Concrete
Plumbing
Electrical
HVAC
Skills
Plumbing
