Our client, an industry leader in the entertainment industry, is looking for a project planner. Key qualifications include, 8+ years of experience with data management, using scheduling tools (such as Airtable, Primavera, and Microsoft Project), and technical writing in the construction industry. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Preferred education includes a bachelor's degree and PMP certification.

responsibilities:
The responsibilities include providing strategic and detailed data management, planning, and scheduling to support the Architecture and Engineering teams for both planned and unplanned project work. This involves collaborating with project partners to develop work standards and processes, including the exploration and adaptation of new technologies into workflows. Additionally, responsibilities include publishing comprehensive look-ahead schedules, ensuring labor availability with supported teams, coordinating activities with Resort partners such as Program and Project Management, supporting strategic planning for long-term resource management, and providing comprehensive schedules on the entire directorate portfolio for leadership review. Familiarity with relational databases is also required.
