We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join a dynamic team of Customer Service Representative/Shipping Coordinators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling shipping logistics, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Previous experience with ERP systems and in Shipping Departments are a plus. Responsibilities
Receive shipping information from the warehouse regarding product orders and set up shipments in the company's P.O. system.
Handle filing and scanning of shipping documents.
Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure that orders are fulfilled according to client specifications.
Work with customs specialists on international orders.
Assist in general administrative tasks as needed.
