A leading manufacturer of aerospace parts, is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operators and Assemblers to join our production team. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating machinery and assembling components to produce high-quality aerospace parts. salary: $18 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery according to specifications and safety guidelines.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal operation.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
Assemble aerospace parts and components following detailed instructions and blueprints.
Perform quality checks to ensure assembled parts meet required standards and specifications.
Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to assemble parts accurately.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain workflow.
Adhere to strict quality control procedures and standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Document and report any defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities.
Work with the quality assurance team to implement corrective actions and improve processes.
