Join our dynamic team as an International Recruiter, where you will spearhead the recruitment efforts for our global talent needs. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and engaging top-tier candidates across various regions. Utilizing your aggressive recruitment techniques, you'll drive the hiring process forward with efficiency and effectiveness. As a self-motivated professional, you thrive in an autonomous environment, managing your workflow without micromanagement. Your flexibility to operate beyond traditional business hours ensures our global reach is maximized. Experience with TALEO is essential, and familiarity with Workday is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office suite is required to excel in this role.

Responsibilities
Spearhead global talent acquisition efforts, sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates across multiple regions.
Utilize aggressive recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.
Operate autonomously with a self-motivated approach, managing recruitment activities without micromanagement.
Demonstrate flexibility to work outside normal business hours to accommodate international time zones.
Essential proficiency in TALEO; experience with Workday is a plus.
Utilize MS Office suite to streamline recruitment processes and documentation.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
Ensure compliance with international hiring regulations and company policies.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
