We are seeking a dedicated and personable HR Customer Service Representative to join our team. What you'll do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking assistance with HR-related inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Provide timely and accurate information regarding company policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR-related matters.

  • Assist employees with navigating HR systems and tools, including employee self-service portals.

  • Address and resolve employee concerns and issues in a professional and empathetic manner.

  • Collaborate with HR team members to escalate complex inquiries or issues as needed.

What you'll have:

  • Bachelor's or Associates degree.

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or contact center role preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with employees at all levels.

  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations.

  • Detail-oriented with organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
