Are you a skilled Multicraft Maintenance Technician seeking a new challenge? We're looking for a talented individual to join our team and maintain our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. If you have a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Safety First: Perform all duties safely and collaboratively, reporting any dangerous conditions immediately.
Equipment Management: Start up and shut down equipment per operational requirements, safety procedures, and OSHA guidelines.
Maintenance Tasks: Conduct basic mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance tasks efficiently.
Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic equipment.
Problem Solving: Interpret wiring diagrams, drawings, and instructions to perform repairs.
Electrical Maintenance: Service electronic equipment by checking, testing, and replacing faulty components.
Support & Training: Provide technical support on PLCs and network interfaces and develop training programs.
Preventative Maintenance: Maintain schedules, inspect equipment for defects, and ensure minimal production interruptions.
Facility Upkeep: Assist in maintaining building systems, relocating equipment, and ensuring safe disposal of toxic materials.
Documentation: Keep detailed work logs, update equipment records, and maintain tools and work areas securely and neatly.
Knowledge and Skills:
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of electrical/electronic components and diagnostic instruments.
Computer Skills: Proficient in relevant computer applications.
Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
Plastics/Blow Molding: Experience is a plus.
Preventative Maintenance: Knowledge of processes and ability to read manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities
Background Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in maintenance within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Skills: Proficient in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; strong troubleshooting and assembly skills.
Knowledge: Familiar with Lock Out Tag Out safety procedures and company policies.
Abilities: strong communication skills, self-motivation, capable of working from heights and in confined spaces.
Education: High School Diploma or GED; technical certification or relevant apprenticeship.
Experience in fabrication, system diagnostics, and equipment rebuilding is highly desirable. Experience with injection molding is a plus. Must have a strong focus on safety and efficiency, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team.
$38+ Hr based on experience and qualifications. This is an interview-based position.
