Randstad US Executive Solutions Lead in Alpharetta, Georgia

purpose of the job

As the Executive Solutions lead for talent solutions for Randstad Enterprise Solutions (RES), you will be responsible for providing visionary leadership to the team under you, inspiring principle designers to achieve new heights of success. You will collaborate with sales leaders to drive growth and secure new business across our contingent workforce, and services procurement solutions. Your focus on delivering short-term and long-term value to our clients will be vital in accelerating the company forward and driving growth.

This role demands a critical and high-level leadership position, where you will be accountable for driving success for our organization. Reporting to you will be global principal solution designers, and you will be tasked with guiding and managing regional and global solution design efforts. To achieve this, you will collaborate closely with subject matter experts across Randstad Sourceright and the Randstad Group to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality designs that are scalable and will set us apart in the market.

You will be responsible for delivering customized solutions to our global and regional clients. You will lead engaging client workshops, create innovative solutions, and team up with subject matter experts on high-impact client pursuits. Moreover, building a robust and collaborative community among solution design specialists is a top priority. You will work closely with the scalable concepts team to ensure that solutions align with our evolving needs and to provide training on the latest solution design methods, diagnostics, and toolkits. Providing regular coaching and mentoring to colleagues quarterly is also a critical component of the job.

You will focus on promoting alignment with the target operating model and fostering engagement between the solution design community and expert groups. Additionally, you will team up with leadership to create growth plans and be responsible for ensuring that solution designers have access to the latest sales enablement tools for reporting and analysis.

your responsibilities

  • Leading the North America design team and building a cohesive and consistent community in our way of working. You will provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to ensure that our solutions align with our evolving needs and provide high-quality designs that set us apart in the market.

  • Partnering with our sales leads to proactively identify where solution designers can be involved sooner in the pursuit lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure our solutions meet client needs and are tailored to specific opportunities.

  • Engaging and partnering with sales teams by attending client meetings, workshops or events that involve networking and promotion of our solutions and services. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and working closely with them to understand their needs.

  • Aligning with ongoing transformation initiatives such as the target operating model, concept development, and further initiatives involving our evolution and transformation. You will ensure that our solutions are aligned with our strategic objectives and that we remain competitive in the market.

  • Participating in client opportunity qualification meetings, ensuring solution designers are planned accordingly across pursuits, and keeping engagements updated. You will coordinate with the sales team to ensure that solution designers are appropriately involved in client pursuits.

  • Teaming with leadership to develop team skills and capabilities and providing ongoing coaching and support to regional team members. You will ensure that our team members have the skills and resources needed to deliver high-quality designs.

  • Reviewing and suggesting design improvements for established and important Enterprise clients to ensure consistent activation of concepts for efficiency gains. You will ensure that our designs are of the highest quality and meet client needs

  • Participating in customer engagement activities and solution design pursuits to stay informed of industry trends and customer needs and develop future innovative solutions that meet their evolving needs. You will be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry trends and ensuring that our solutions are innovative and meet client needs.

job requirements

education

  • University/Post Graduate or equivalent professional & intellectual experience

experience

  • 10+ years’ experience of global or multi-region team management, and proven ability to function within matrix onshore and offshore organizations

  • Design experience with contingent talent models, associated pricing and delivery models

  • leading stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues during each pursuit ensuring a clear understanding of the talent model, responsibilities and accountability

  • working knowledge of ATS/HR technology platforms supporting the lifecycle and practical user interfaces/capabilities for the full recruitment life cycle e.g source to hire and reskill/upskill

  • ability to connect business requirements with process and technology

  • experience building trusting relationships at all levels of an organization especially with senior executives

  • ability to present to senior management and client stakeholders

  • working in a commercially driven organization using platforms such as salesforce.com

  • critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills bringing in data and proof points and benchmarks

  • excellent written English

  • independent and strong self-management skills, thinking ahead of who’s doing what and a hands-on approach to lead by example.

  • demonstrated understanding and working with complex financial and pricing models to support client solutions and negotiations

knowledge

  • affinity with HR/staffing/talent models

  • understanding and use of Challenger sales methodology and its application

  • thorough understanding of the sales/account management process and including result driven KPI’s/OKR’s

  • digital fluency with google or microsoft platforms e.g sheets, excel, slides etc.

  • travel (regional and global) is required at times and depends on group needs and events.

The base salary range for this position is $144,00.00-$180,000.00

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
