We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mechanical Assembler and Solderer. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and performing soldering tasks to ensure the quality and functionality of our products. This position requires precision, dexterity, and a strong understanding of mechanical assembly and soldering techniques.
salary: $18 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical components according to engineering drawings, schematics, and instructions.
Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment effectively and safely.
Perform soldering tasks to join electrical and mechanical components as required.
Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials used in soldering processes.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.
Keep accurate records of assembly activities, including materials used and time spent on each task.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of assembly and soldering techniques.
