We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative/ Call Center Support Rep, to work for a growing healthcare education company. In this role you will be responsible for handling all customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone, email, and chat. Must be comfortable using a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting. The right candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant customer service/call center experience.Must be able to work 9:00am – 6:00pm EST, Monday – Friday. Must have reliable internet and be comfortable completing tasks independently. Please if interested!

Responsibilities
Customer service is the primary function
Calls are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
Responds to all general inquiry emails and or chats.
Requires working knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services
Experience using HubSpot and other CRM tools a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
