Are you an experienced Medical Front Desk Specialist looking for your next position in Dunwoody, GA? We are looking for a skilled healthcare professional who is professional and demonstrates excellent customer service towards patients. This position will be responsible for managing check-in and check-out processes, scheduling appointments, and various other administrative functions. This position will be fully in office Monday- Friday 8 am-5 pm. This opportunity will be a temporary to a permanent position.
salary: $18.5 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Managing patient volumes of approx. 40-50 patients per day
Answering phones and patient calls
Scheduling appointments for existing and new patients
Patient Check-in and check-out duties
Utilizing ECW to schedule patients and update medical records
Performing insurance verification
Demonstrating excellent customer service and professionalism on the phone and in person toward the patients
Written and verbal communication skills
Multitasking and time-management skills
Performs a variety of administrative duties
